Victoria Qwest's Report:
Once a quiet town of villagers looking to avoid the chaos brewing in the rest of Midgard, it had become a swirl of activity when airship routes were established and brave (or greedy) adventurers
begun arriving. They came seeking treasure from the Odin Shrine, located just offshore to the East of town. More on that later.
The people of Hugel are partiers to be sure, with the town perpetually decked out in all kinds of festive decorations. Strangely, the people of Hugel never seem to be having as much fun as the
people who come to visit, but maybe that's just normal here. In addition to the festival in the town square, Hugel is the Home to the Hunter's guild. Bingo and Monster races are also available for those
looking to compete in games of chance.
Nearby to the town is the afforementioned Odin Shrine, Abyss lake and Thanatos Tower .
To visit Hugel, you will need to catch the Einbroch/Juno/Hugel route Airship. You can take the Izlude airship to Juno.

About the Spotlight program: One of our big projects for 2012 will be to breathe new life into these towns by hosting a series of events that will spotlight
these less visited maps. These events will boost monster and quest exp for during the event, and will reduce these slightly after the event is over (it will still be
improved over normal rates).

This gal Euslan can be found near the center of Juno. She's been waiting for her boyfriend Thierry to return with an important item.
This quest will take players from Juno to Hugel to deep within Odin's Temple
At the the end of the quest, you receive Base and Job Experience.

Speak to Kurupe to begin this quest, upon completion you receive base exp and some restorative items.

Talk to Cellete Lavit in her Hugel home to begin
Cellete will then ask you to deliver the broth to one of the people in town, and will reward you with a few bowls of soup when you have completed the task.
