Dear users, We would like to explain the situation that has occurred on the RO servers. At 11pm October 4th we implemented Einbroch on Sakray. This caused a few users sprite issues, this is normal when implementing a major update on Sakray. At 3am (PST) October 5th, A Tier 1 provider blocked access to our ISP and servers. We are working on getting this resolved. If you are not able to access our website, game or any service, then you may be falling into that category. We hope that you contact your local ISP to ask that they see what they can do to resolve this issue. By contacting them they will contact their providers etc until that Tier 1 provider will allow access back to our ISP and servers. At 3pm (PST) October 5th we had an internal networking issue that was causing users to be rejected from servers. We have shut down the servers for a short maintenance to resolve this issue. We are rescheduling WoE for 5pm (PST). We apologize for any inconvenience this chain of events may have caused you, and we are doing everything to resolve these separate issues as quickly as possible.
