Happy Holidays to you all! Soon all the Towns of Rune-Midgard will be in full Holiday Regalia, we hope that you all decide to dress accordingly! This year brings many Holiday quests you can do to help many people in Rune-Midgard who are having problems getting their Party on. These quests are supposed to bring out the spirit of togetherness and cooperation in each of us. We do hope that every does enjoy themselves with their friends and neighbors. One person of fame, Antonio, seems to be a little shy this year, we think it`s due to Santa giving him a firm talking to. Antonio stopped stealing Santa`s toys, and Santa decided to call off the bounty on Antonio`s head. Even Antonio deserves a Holiday break every few years. With that in mind we would like to bring to your attention one quest that will be happening in Prontera. There will be a monster(s) summoned by an NPC, much as they were in the Halloween event. Technically, they will be Free For All monsters, because they are summons, so nobody "owns" them. We know this will upset many users that do not think the quest should be done this way. We apologize but this is not a choice that the GM Team was allowed to make, this is a Global Event meaning every RO server is getting this same quest set, each RO server can choose to use the quests or not use them. We chose to have the quests and hope that the community will play nice with one another for 2 weeks, rather than have no Christmas events. The GM Team would like to sincerely wish that everyone cooperate, help others and not inhibit them from completing the quest and getting to enjoy their reward (ie spreading the Christmas cheer with a few well placed swings to all the monsters). But we realize that some users won`t be content to watch others do this, or wait until they are asked for help (which is highly likely to happen if you aren`t a Grinch). To those users that want to spread nothing but discontent on this; the time of giving and togetherness, to you we say Humbug, may every monster you fight be worth no experience and the Jellopies run dry for you?
