Important Server Maintenance Announcement

Over the next few weeks, we will be upgrading both our Renewal and Classic server hardware to better machines. As everything is being pre-staged, we do not foresee the need to extend the maintenance. However, there is always a possibility for unforeseen circumstances, and should any changes occur, we will update you through our regular communication channels (forums, Facebook, Twitter). We aim to improve server performance with this update, and this week, we are starting with half the servers on Chaos. Thank you for your attention!

• Bug Report Thread is on the forums, you may also send a ticket to the GM Team with any bug reports.
• The Doram Page has been updated to include details of the Paws N Claws Starter Pack
• Dorams are now able to use the cabinet in Eden Group, WoE Kafra Storage, Mail Annex, and Mora Storage NPC.
• Fruit Pom Spider Card description fixed
• Doram Maps gain the same restrictions as map prt_fild08
• Other field maps will be able to use Amulets and Dead Branches again
• There will be 3 extra character slots with the Doram update, as illustrated here:
  
  • Users who have a full account can submit a ticket to the GM Team to move one Doram character between accounts for free as long as the accounts are both under the same WarpPortal account. This offer is only available between February 16, 2017 and March 2, 2017. To submit a ticket to the GM Team, please visit the WarpPortal Support website and create a support account if you don't yet have one.
  • If the emails on the accounts are different, the request will not be honored
  • Only one character may be moved in this manner per WarpPortal account
  • GMs cannot take your account above the 27 character limit
  • Account creation is free

• Due to weight issues experienced by some players the requirements for the Black Frame Glasses [1] headgear have been changed. Steel and Glass Bead requirements have been reduced. The new requirements are below:

  • 1000 Zeny

We're working on implementing a dialogue skip for the Central Lab Instance. Looking to have it finalized either this week or next week!

• The next new Headgear quest is Bubble Gum In Mouth. Speak to Frank in Morocc (156, 194). Certificates can be found in the treasure caches. To create this headgear, you'll need the following once you've obtained a certificate:
  • 500 Sticky Mucus
  • 200 Decayed Nail
  • 300 Large Jellopy
  • 25 Red Prickly Fruit
  • 1000 Zeny
  • 1 Bubble Gum In Mouth Certificate
• The Headgear NPC has been updated to provide more information regarding available headgears and their requirements.
  • Frank now lists all hats that can be made.
  • When you select a hat, Frank will list all the parts needed to make it.
  • Headgear Certs will now be a flat 3% chance in all treasure cache rolls.

Starting today, the Keys that drop from MVPs will now be tradable. However, this will not apply to any Keys received from MVPs before today.
