Dear iRO Users, We have become aware that some of you are encountering a “Failed to get // file.” Error message through the patch server updating process. Please follow these steps to fix the situation: 1) Go into the Ragnarok Online installation folder (C:\Program Files\Ragnarok Online\ is the default directory) 2) Open the file “Patch2.txt” 3) Remove the // located after the number 432 (Do not be confused with the //422) 4) Save the text file as it is. 5) Right click the file and select “Properties” 6) Make sure the box that indicates “Read Only” is selected (checked) 7) Restart the Sakray client.
