Patch Notes - 8/19/2021

Hardware maintenances will solely consist of IT tasks required to continue smooth operation of the game. We will later be posting dev notes of what we're working on, testing, and what is planned for next week's maintenance. From now on, we will be alternating between Hardware Maintenance and Update Maintenance from week to week. Current schedule looks like this:

Some NPCs seem to want to draw their illustrations from CardBMP folder, this shouldn't be the case.
Possible Load Balancing to distribute high traffic maps away from each other. There is some concern that the traffic needs to be spread out.
