Renewal has come to Ymir today, October 14th, and we want to celebrate!

Ymir and Yggdrasil will get 200% normal Renewal Experience rates, to help you boost your leveling up.

Valkyrie will get a 150% exp event.

All of you that may be wondering if the Premium Subscription is a worthwhile investment, you can put off your wondering for a while. All game accounts that have shown us support since December 2009 are getting 10 day subscription, will be added on October 14th. So call to your friends, activate your characters and Play!

Also this begins our race to 150 event. The first 10 characters to reach 150.
Fresh characters, must go non-Trans -> Trans -> 3rd class,
will get a Hall of Honor interview, and a free upgrade of their most important leveling item to +11!

As the weeks go on we will continue to take feedback and make updates to Renewal and to our Website.

Due to the password changes that are still affecting many users we are cancelling the WoEs for Saturday 10/9 on all servers.

Tuesday and Wednesday WoE of next week should activate without problems.

Next Thursday we will put in some special events to help get players caught up with what was missed due to the password recovery time.

Ymir will have its WoE schedule updated with Renewal.

WoE 1 : Wednesdays 3-5pm PST
WoE 2 : Saturday 7-9pm PST

This is a fully split schedule, along with this the WPS system will discontinue when Renewal comes in. We need to monitor the balance that the new classes bring as well as the updating play patterns for WoE. Even if there is not a set method for acquiring WPS Tokens with Renewal, we will have special events where WPS tokens can be earned by performing WoE things. Those special events will be announced as they are implemented.

Our first Renewal server is officially launching on October 7th. Our Yggdrasil server is the server we tested Renewal on for the past 4 weeks. All characters on Yggdrasil will be reset to 1/1 Novices and all items removed to start the server over as its offical launch. All testing NPCs will be removed during this maintenance. WoE will be disabled until November comes to allow guilds to get situation before implementation.

Stat and Skill reset NPCs will be available, in Prontera, for a few weeks to allow tweaking with your play style.

Many of the systems like Cast times and GUI updates are still in the process of changing as we receive more feedback, if you have a comment on something you think needs looking into please do post it in our Renewal Testing forum.

There is a better GUI to give you access to more game options and detailed data, and of course 13 3rd classes which allow you to go to Base level 150 and power up your stats to 120.

Yggdrasil is a Premium server which requires a subscription to access, and will have Kafra shop enabled.

Ymir is Scheduled to convert to Renewal on October 14th
Valkyrie following on October 21st.

All players will need to download the 13.2 Renewal Client from our download page, and install it to a new locations. If you install the 13.2 Renewal Client you can play on Ymir, Yggdrasil and Valkyrie without problems now. But any older client, including the Renewal test client, will not work properly with official Renewal launch.
