Redeeming the RO DS coupons!

Below is a short write up on how to redeem coupon codes for the RO DS. The RO DS have been packed and shipped today from our office. All RO DSes will come with at least 1 coupon inside for the "Purchase Package", regardless of pre-order or not.

If you are new to the coupon redemption process for Ragnarok Online, here is a short guide that works specifically for the RO DS redemption. Steps for the website are identical for any Coupon code.

Inside of your Ragnarok DS package, you will find a Coupon Code printed on the back of a card.

  1. In order to redeem this coupon, first log in to the Ragnarok Online website on the Game account you want the items on.
    If you don`t have a Ragnarok Online Game account please register one; it`s free!
    iro.ragnarokonline.com

  2. Once you have logged in, place your cursor over the Kafra Shop link at the top of the website and click on Coupon Redemption.
  3. This link will take you a page where you can input your Coupon Code.
    Type in the Coupon Code (note that it is case-sensitive) and click Submit.
  4. Once the coupon is redeemed, you will need to visit a Playspan Representative in order to claim your items.
    These representatives can be found in the following towns on all servers:
  5. Speak to the Playspan Representative and he will grant you the following items:

  6. You will be able to go on a short quest to redeem these items into powerful unique gear that is both Ragnarok Online and Ragnarok DS themed!

Valentine`s Day Event

It is time once again for lovers and romantics to celebrate their feelings. From February 11th to February 25th, Ragnarok Online will be hosting a Valentine`s Day Event!

There are 2 paths that you can choose to take year`s Valentine`s Day Event.
The first path is to visit an old couple in Hugel. There you will learn of the love these two share.

The second option is to talk to a whining boy in Juno. He is unhappy that no one gives him chocolate on Valentine`s Day.

Both of these options will lead you to Aldebaran, where two of Cupid`s Fairies are giving out chocolates. The people in line may have a way of helping you obtain chocolate without having to wait in line with everyone else.

We appreciate your patience while we sort out the login problems during Premium WoE on Saturday. In thanks for your patience we have have given 7 additional days premium server access to all accounts that had a current monthly access (non-hourly) on Saturday February 6.

We are currently working on diagnosing and remedying the cause of the login problems. We are hopeful to have no further WoE interuptions.
