- The test is a limited-participant test. We will select suitable adventurers from the applicants to grant testing qualifications and provide a download link for the test package. At the same time, when the number of registrations on the test server reaches its limit, registration and character creation will be closed.
- The character information and game data generated during the test will be deleted after the test and will not be retained on the official servers. Additionally, the content on the test server does not represent the final quality of the game. It may undergo adjustments and optimizations before the official launch after the test concludes.
- During the test, if you encounter network delays, lag, and other problems that cause the test to not proceed normally, please give us feedback in time, and we will deal with it as soon as possible. The feedback channel is: [Email - Problem Feedback Email - Problem Feedback Form].
- In order to ensure that your quest rewards can be distributed normally, we recommend logging into the game with your Facebook or Gmail account during the Pioneer test instead of using guest accounts.
- When Ragnarok Origin: ROO is officially launched, you can log into the game with the same Facebook or Gmail account, and the system will automatically issue test rewards to the first character you create within 7 days.
