Changes to All Users:

• Players will notice a rearrangement of their current characters on each server. Characters may not be in the character slot in which they were previously.



• Please be advised that no characters will be deleted, only moved slightly.

Sakray Merger Users:

• Users who will not have enough character slots or storage space to accommodate the Merger, will have a second account created and the remaining character and storage will be placed there.
• These accounts will be named the same as the original, with the exception of _01 at the end.
• For example, SakrayLover, will have a second account created called SakrayLover_01.
• These accounts will remain active for 24 hours once the merger is complete for the user to move items if he/she wishes to. Once this period is over the account must have an active subscription in order to be accessed.
• Please be aware that characters cannot be transferred between accounts.


• Character names that already exist on the server will be renamed with a _Sak extension at the end of the name.
• For example, SakrayPlayer will be changed to SakrayPlayer_Sak if the original name has been taken.
• Name Changes will be provided for any Sakray Characters with the _Sak suffix. We request that these users send the following information to the GM Mailing Service for further processing:

• Marriages and adoptions will still retain after the server merge.
  • If there are any issues regarding the marriages and/or adoptions, please immediately contact the iRO GM Team through the GM Mailing Service.

This is to inform all our customers that on the Morning of Tuesday June 3, 2008 our ISP is scheduling a maintenance.

This maintenance period is scheduled to last from 5am PDT to 6am PDT June 3rd.

During this maintenance period access to all our game servers, websites and forums will be unavailable.

The Value Added Service for Sakray Transfers will be removed on May 23, 2008 at 6pm PDT.

All requests and payments must be made by this time. Requests made after 6pm PST on May 23, 2008 will not be fulfilled. Fulfillment of qualified requests will be continue until May 27, 2008.

During the Maintenance on Tuesday 5/27/2008, all Sakray data will be imaged. That information will be used to merge with Iris as soon as possible.

We will leave Sakray running after 5/27/2008 while the data sorting and organizing takes place, that process is expected to take a few days to complete. We are leaving Sakray running so players that only have Sakray characters are not left out of playing while we do the sorting. However, anything that happens after the 27th on Sakray will not carry over to Iris. Once the merge is completed (Sakray characters are now on Iris), the Sakray server will be completely shut down.

Furthermore, if the combined storage of Iris and Sakray overflows 300 slots the Sakray storage may be entirely lost. For that reason we highly recommend that all items that are precious to you (OCAs, equipment, etc) should be placed on the Characters. Load your characters and Carts to maximum capacity with equipment on Sakray.

When we are ready to actually do the merge (IE all sorting is taken care of) all servers will be shut down for a brief maintenance, during that maintenance the extra 2 character slots will be implemented on all Servers.
For a clean merge of the account to happen the total number of characters from Iris and Sakray combined must be equal to or less than 9.

If the total number of characters exceed 9, ALL the Sakray characters will be placed on a new different account and placed on Iris. This means you will have to subscribe 2 accounts to have access to all the characters.

Please delete name holding novices and low level characters on Iris and Sakray to avoid a complex merger situation for yourself.
