Recently the closure of oRO has brought many new and old members of the community to iRO. We are very happy to have them here as is the community. However, there were some issues that came up during the migration process that we are seeking to remedy.
- The data we were provided with from oRO is what was transferred; this includes account name and passwords. This data apparently was not from the closing time but from the last maintenance. We were not made aware of this prior to our putting up the transfer request form, so many people used the wrong password (they changed it after the announcement) so they weren’t transferred.
- The baby characters were not transferred, this included their items. This was not intentional and will be addressed.
All baby characters can’t transfer, but the items on them will be moved to a character on the account that was moved. Also we will be having a 2nd chance transfer period.
Starting now
(3am 4/7/2007) until 11:59pm (PST) 4/15/2007 (Sunday), we will be taking the following oRO inquiries to the

The email may take some time to respond to, but we will confirm all emails sent there, all inquiries received prior to Monday 4/16/2007 will be put on the list and attempting to get them here after verifying the information.
