DST Time Change Patch Notes
- At 1:30am on 11/4 the server will be under going maintenance for two hours due to DST time change and associated next work maintenance. During this time the game will be unavailable.
- During this maintenance WoE will change to the following times:
  Thor
  WoE TE: FRI 5am PST
  WoE 1: SAT 3am PST
  WoE 2: MON 4am PST

Gramps Spawner receives a minor tweak that will let us better evaluate the functioning of the NPC.

The next new Headgear quest, the Zaha Doll Hat (Tier 1), is available. Speak to Frank in Morocc (who has his own tent at 118, 93). Certificates can be found in the treasure caches. To create this headgear you'll need the following once you've obtained a certificate:
- 300 Pieces of Black Cloth
- 150 Ectoplasm
- 75 Black Hairs
- 25 Torn Magic Books
- 1 Jack o' Pumpkin
- 1 Witch's Pumpkin Hat Certificate

The Halloween Event continues!
- Speak with the Crying Kid in Prontera (269 120) to start a totally mundane quest.

Lunar Rainbow skill levels capped
- Currently if the Lunar Rainbow is refined too high it will attempt to auto cast skills at a skill level that the game doesn't recognize. We are capping the skills at their natural max level.
Cloak of Survival and Cloak of Survival[1] combos with all Survival Rods now
Costume: L Whistle can no longer be refined
Rune Helm fixed - now enchantable
Turn In Spawn NPC placed into the game for testing on Low Turn in ONLY. This should prevent spawns from disappearing at much.
White Lady Hat Box returns to the cash shop for 1000 pts for 2 weeks.
Costume: Show Me the Zeny returns to the cash shop for 500 pts for 2 weeks.
Spartacus gains "Nullify reduction in damage inflicted on enemies resulting from enemy's size."
Spartacus loses "Increases damage versus all sizes by 100%"
Valkyrie Drop gains Reduces Fixed Cast Time of Oratio by 100%
Valkyrie Drop loses 50% Fixed Cast Time Reduction
Devil's Hand gains Reduces Fixed Cast Time of Howling Lion by 100%
Devil's Hand loses Loses 50% Fixed Cast Time Reduction
Cylinder Hairband will now require being refined to +8 to gain its full effect
Red Lotus Stole will now require being refined to +10 to gain its full effect
Phreeroni Wing when worn with Phreeroni Card Gains Perfect Hit + 50
Phreeroni Wing when worn with Phreeroni Card Loses Hit + 500

Our Talk Like A Pirate Day Event continues for one more week!
- Pieces of Treasure maps will begin dropping from all monsters in the game.
- Go to Alberta 189, 164 and speak to William to begin the quest.
- Once you have 4 pieces of a single map, speak to William again to set sail! (This is an instance and you will need a party to enter)
- You'll need to be at least level 60 to start.
